Job Details
The purpose of your role as an Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support to the Service + Building Automation team for various functions including administrative support, field support, and backup dispatcher when needed.
Responsibilities
Answer telephones, provide information, take messages or transfer calls to the appropriate individual
Complete purchasing card allocations
Data entry and report completion
Audit support
Manage uniform/PPE inventory tracking
Office supply ordering
Mail receiving and sorting
Other general administrative support
Qualifications and Skills
Customer service experience
Experience providing administrative support to a group or division
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
