$20,000 sign‑on bonus available for qualified applicants
Schedule
3x12 hour shifts one week / 4x12 hour shifts the next week, Nights (7a – 7p), rotating weekends.

How you’ll contribute
Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient’s condition.
Establishes a plan of care appropriate to identified problems and involves the patient according to his or her capabilities and desires.
Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care.
Documents patient care provided.
Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
Advocates for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.

Current Tennessee Registered Nurse license.
Basic Life Support certification at time of hire.
