Occupational Therapy Assistant – In facility. Reporting to Director of Rehab. Responsibilities
As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well. You implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You are a healer and a helper, adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. Your goal is to execute a program that restores, reinforces, and enhances their physical abilities and independence. You adapt to patient needs, enjoy variety in the work and settings, collaborate with peers, and make referrals to help patients thrive. You put patients first, ensuring patients and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards. Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice. Posted Salary Range
USD $35.00 - USD $43.00 /Hr.
