We are hiring full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs)—including those with feeding therapy experience or interest—to join our pediatric outpatient team in a collaborative, therapist-led environment.
Whether you’re an experienced SLP, a newly certified SLPA, or a clinician passionate about pediatric feeding therapy, you’ll join a mission-driven team dedicated to helping children find their voice, strengthen communication skills, and thrive through individualized, evidence-based care.
What You’ll Do SLP Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with articulation, language, voice, fluency, swallowing, feeding, and cognitive-communication needs
Develop and implement individualized plans of care with measurable goals
Provide feeding therapy as appropriate based on training and experience
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
Document care using Raintree EMR and manage an appropriate caseload
SLPA Responsibilities
Deliver speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
Implement treatment plans targeting speech, language, feeding, and communication goals
Track patient progress and assist with documentation
Support families and the care team to promote consistency and carryover
Requirements for SLPs
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active or eligible state SLP license
CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
Feeding therapy experience is a plus, but not required
Requirements for SLPAs
Completion of an accredited SLPA program
Active or eligible SLPA license
Strong passion for working with children
Interest in supporting feeding therapy is a plus
