Base pay range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities
Greets all visitors entering the community, answers questions, ensures visitors sign guest sheets, and answers/directs phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
Sorts, delivers, and collects incoming/outgoing community and resident mail; may perform basic office/clerical functions and maintain visitor logs.
May respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.
Qualifications
Prospective Receptionists should have strong interpersonal communication skills, an organized and friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle emergency protocols. Experience in a front‑desk or concierge role is preferred but not required. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast‑paced, evening schedule.
