Our client is a financial services firm in Chicago. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented team player who will serve as the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well‑spoken manner. You will also perform organizational duties as required, including managing inbound and outbound mail, administrative tasks, and general clerical support. The role is onsite, Monday to Friday. Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Responsibilities Answer and route incoming calls while ensuring clear, professional communication. Process paperwork with accuracy and strong attention to detail. Coordinate and schedule meetings, maintaining organized calendars and smooth logistics. Run reports and analyze data to support informed decision‑making. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, creating a welcoming and professional experience. Qualifications 4+ years of reception/administrative experience Bachelor's Degree is required. Financial Services experience is a huge plus. Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
