Overview Hagar Enterprises is a paving and excavation contractor in Damariscotta, Maine specializing in all phases of site work, utility installation and road construction since 1987. Hagar Enterprises has an Immediate opening for Heavy Equipment Operator Responsibilities Operate a front-end loader, excavator, earth roller, dozer, etc. Perform general equipment maintenance and repairs. Perform daily preventative maintenance and safety checks. Fuel equipment. Assist with non-equipment operator duties such as installing pipe, compacting aggregate, etc. Use of various power and hand tools, including cutting tools. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Qualifications One year of experience working with excavation heavy equipment. A valid Maine Class C or higher license. Ability to pass a drug screening (not including Marijuana) and pre-employment physical. Ability to lift in excess of fifty pounds overhead.
