Heavy Equipment Operator at Alpha Paving Industries LLC Overview The Machine Operator will operate equipment to plan specifications. Responsibilities Assists skilled workers as assigned. Operates one or more types of heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Operates machines with accuracy, safety, and skill per job specifications. Maintains equipment using ongoing inspection, preventative maintenance, and proper care. Maintains constant awareness of surroundings, co‑workers, and any trucks/equipment on the job site. Adheres to company safety guidelines at all times. Wears PPE and follows company uniform guidelines. Interprets and completes projects based on job‑site plans and surveys. Cleans job site at the end of the day, ensuring trash is disposed of and materials or equipment are stored properly. Performs other related duties as assigned.
