This full-time, on-site role requires strong leadership, advanced heavy equipment operation skills, and the ability to read civil plans and set grades accurately. The ideal candidate will be able to both lead and work alongside crews to ensure efficient and high-quality completion of residential, commercial, and industrial sitework projects.
