Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our executives.
Key Responsibilities
Managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
Coordinating meetings and preparing necessary materials.
Handling correspondence and communications on behalf of executives.
Assisting with travel arrangements and itineraries.
Conducting research and preparing reports as required.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
