Responsibilities
Assist with project setup, project budgeting, invoicing, and monthly status reports
Labor and expense adjustments
Purchase Requisitions/Work Confirmations
Processing AP and coding P-Card Transactions
Project Closeouts
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Experience supervising other financial professionals beneficial
Preference given to local candidates
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail, manage multiple projects independently
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
