Responsibilities Job Summary: Supports Patient Care Services in various roles which may include: Unit Secretary on clinical units coordinating daily clerical operations; Monitor Tech on telemetry units; Bed Controller supporting patient throughput. Qualifications Basic typing skills. Computer literacy. Knowledge of medical abbreviation and terminology. Effective communication skills. Successful completion of the Basic Dysrhythmia Course and annual competency exam. Demonstrated knowledge of monitoring equipment. Ability to sit for long periods/shift. Direct patient contact for lead placement. Education High School graduate or equivalent required. Englewood Health job postings provide a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law.
