Contact: Gina Palermo (Gina.Palermo@villanova.edu) Position Summary In accordance with established policies and procedures, the Ticket Office Assistant provides exceptional customer service in person at the ticket office on game days for events hosted by Villanova Athletics. Answer customer inquiries and process ticket sales via walk‑up orders. Responsible for daily reconciliation of ticket sales and payments. Other assignments may include compliance pass entrance, will‑call distribution, and scanning operations. Perform other tasks as assigned by Ticket Office staff. Requirements Experience in an in‑person customer service position. Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word/Excel). Dependable, punctual, and possess effective communication and problem‑solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail. Customer‑friendly personality and ability to project a positive image of the University and Athletics Department to fans, donors, staff, students, alumni, and other groups. Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment. Availability for weeknights and weekends as needed for events, including all home football games. Reliable transportation to and from athletic events. Additional Information Athletic ticketed sports throughout the 2024‑2025 seasons include: Football, Women’s and Men’s Basketball, and Men’s Lacrosse. 1‑2 years customer service experience preferred.
