What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide office communications support by answering calls, forwarding messages, and confirming customer work orders
Interact with customers daily to address appointments, service issues, billing inquiries, etc.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and courtesy calls
Track customer information and maintain records in the Customer Relationship Management System
Schedule and delegate work orders to field staff, updating and monitoring schedules as needed
Execute daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including billing, receivables, and payables
Manage office supplies and address office-related malfunctions or requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
College degree preferred or equivalent business experience
3+ years of experience in the service industry, with a focus on back‑office activities
Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Critical thinking and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Knowledge of the swimming pool industry
Experience with customer relationship software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
