Warehouse Cross‑Dock Supervisor – Etna, OH We are immediately hiring a Warehouse Cross‑Dock Supervisor in Etna, OH for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The role reports to the Manager and oversees daily logistics operations, coaching, and training of staff. This position requires a strong focus on improving facilities, equipment, processes, and ensuring team performance aligns with business objectives. Responsibilities Supervise, coordinate, and oversee day‑to‑day logistics operations. Plan and review, with the Logistics Manager, all logistics processes to meet company standards and customer service specifications. Establish work schedules and procedures; coordinate activities of workers to ensure optimal shift/team logistics. Account for site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations. Meet regularly with team members, collectively and individually, to monitor progress, coach, counsel, and recognize successes. Promote teamwork through Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and improve internal processes. Conduct performance evaluations, recommend awards or merit increases, and manage corrective action and disciplinary processes. Maintain positive labor relations following labor agreements. Implement health, safety, and security initiatives and adhere to company policies. Provide orientation and necessary information for employees and Lead Hands. One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environments preferred. 0 to 1 year direct supervisory or leadership experience required. Compensation Salary: $62,500 – $67,500 per year (paid twice per month), exempt. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm; additional hours and days may be required to support business needs.
