Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
in Needham, MA (and the surrounding area) working as a W2 employee for a company that lets you set your own schedule. That's right, at IntelyCare you get to decide when, where, and how often you work by picking your preferred shifts at any of our partner facilities. But, unlike a contract gig, you also get the benefits, stability and support system that only a W2 employer can provide.
As a nurse-founded company we're driven by a desire to give nurse professionals an alternative to inflexible schedules, mandatory overtime, and burnout. We built a business model around the concept of nurse work-life balance because we believe that our colleagues shouldn't have to sacrifice their personal lives and relationships to have the career that they love.
When you join our team you can finally have a job that works around your life, not the other way around. That means you can keep your mornings free for refreshing bike rides along the Blue Heron Trail near the Charles River. It also means you can finally take that weeklong getaway to Perry Beach in Quincy Bay you've had to put off for too long. If you're ready for a job — and a company — that puts you first, then we're ready for you. Take a look at what else we have to offer below.
