- Rounding on assigned and unassigned patients
- Average patient volume of approximately 15 per shift Clinical Details
- Interventional cardiology coverage including clinic, inpatient consults, and procedures
- Call coverage via beeper with a 30-minute response time
- Call distribution averages 50% with limited callbacks
- Typical call activity includes phone consults and occasional admissions
- EMR systems are Cerner and Athena
- Support includes RNs, MAs, APPs, and office staff Requirements
- Board eligible or board certified in interventional cardiology
- Active Alaska medical license required
- ABLS, ACLS, and BLS required
- Fellowship training in interventional cardiology
- Comfort supervising advanced practice providers
- Credentialing timeframe approximately 30 days Compensation
