Gastroenterology Locum Coveraage
Seeking an ASAP GI provider for hospital-based coverage with a weekday daytime schedule and weekend call responsibilities. The role includes endoscopy services, inpatient consults, and clinic coverage in a fully supported hospital setting.

24-hour weekend call
No weekday night call

Clinical Details
Setting: Hospital-based clinic and endoscopy
Procedures: ERCP required
Volume: Approximately 18 outpatient and 20 inpatient scopes per day
Responsibilities: Endoscopy coverage and GI consults during scheduled hours
Support Staff: 2 physicians and 2 APPs
Onsite services: Lab and X-ray
EMR: Cerner
Provider Requirements
Board Certified in Gastroenterology
Active Michigan license and CSR at time of submission
ACLS certification
DEA (verbal confirmation required)
ERCP experience required
Fellowship completed with 2 3+ years of post-training experience
Clean background (minimum malpractice acceptable)
COVID vaccination required
Local candidates driving in required
IMLC candidates must be 60+ days out with Letter of Qualification available
