- Scheduled shifts only NO call, NO weekends
- 1 4 shifts per week
- 8-hour day shifts: 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
- Coverage dates needed:
2/4, 2/13, 2/16, 2/18 2/20, 3/4, 3/12 3/13, 3/18, 3/20, 3/26 3/27
Practice Setting
- Critical Access Hospital
- OR-based, outpatient-focused (day-only surgery with limited inpatient cases)
- Average daily census: cases
- 3 OR suites + 1 procedure room
- Patient population: Pediatrics to geriatrics
Case Mix
- Endoscopy (Upper & Lower GI)
- Urology, Podiatry
- Orthopedics (Carpal Tunnel, Total Hips/Knees)
- General Surgery (Scopes, Hernia Repairs, Fundoplication)
- Potential ENT & Pediatric cases (Tubes, Tonsils)
- No heads, hearts, or OB
Anesthesia
- General & MAC only
- No regional blocks
Support & Resources
- Strong support team including:
- Day Surgery/PAT RN
- RN Circulators & Surgical Techs
- Perioperative leadership
- CRNA Chief + 2 full-time CRNAs
- Chief of Surgery (MD)
- EMR: Meditech Expanse (CRNAs chart in SIS)
- Standard anesthesia equipment
