Join to apply for the Overnight role at Baseline Fitness 3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Job Summary Responsible for new member sales and a positive member experience Essential Duties And Responsibilities Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience Handle all front desk related tasks, info calls, check members in, sign up new members, take potential members on tours, and have the ability to handle any changes needed to a member's account Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Assistant manager as needed Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club Shift Expectations (4 8 hour shifts) 1 hour (minimum): Deep cleaning 1 hour (minimum): Continued Training Full Shift: see Essential Duties and Responsibilities Essential Behavior Requirements Customer Service: communicates and interacts with customers (includes coworkers and the public) in a way that exceeds the customers wants and needs.
