Base pay range Pay: $17.50 – $20.00 per hour (IRA House); $18.50 – $21.00 per hour (ICF House) depending on experience, plus $2.00 per hour overnight differential. Sign‑On Bonus $1,500 for Full‑Time Residence Counselor $1,000 for Part‑Time Residence Counselor $2,000 for Full‑Time ICF Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) $2,000 for Full‑Time Residence Counselor Overnights Nature of Work The Residence Counselor is responsible for implementing each individual's Individualized Program Plan, including teaching/assisting with community integration, social and recreational activities, money management, transportation, behavioral needs, and overall health. The Counselor meets regularly with the Shift Supervisor, QIDP, Residence Manager, and other Service Planning Team members to ensure services align with the individual's needs, preferences, and choices. Respect for each individual's home, belongings, and Agency property is required.
