Heavy Equipment Operator (PECOS) Warrior Technologies, LLC In a supervised work crew setting, the Heavy Equipment Operator operates heavy equipment safely, efficiently, and maintains all equipment to maximize task completion while minimizing property damage, injury, or loss of life. Heavy equipment may include farm tractors, trucks, front‑end loaders, scrapers, dozers, graders, compactors, and related implements. The operator must also clean, maintain, and secure all equipment as directed by legislation, policies, and procedures. Additional labor‑only responsibilities may be required as needed. Must have a valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, and be able to pass a drug test. Job Details Hourly Non‑exempt Location: Santa Fe, NM Salary: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Management and Manufacturing General Expectations Consistent Attendance – No last‑minute callouts, no‑call/no‑shows, tardiness, or failure to schedule PTO may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination. Professional Appearance – Maintain good hygiene and grooming; represent Warrior Technologies to the highest standard. Communication – Be respectful and professional in all verbal, written, and electronic communication. Paperwork – Timely completion of required paperwork (new hire, benefits, work orders, safety paperwork). Timekeeping – Clock in/out accurately, enter ticket numbers on the timesheet, and notify supervisors of missed punches promptly. Zero Tolerance Workplace – A positive drug or alcohol screen will result in immediate termination. Safe Driving – Practice safe driving while representing Warrior Technologies. Safety Training – Complete all required safety training on time. PPE – Always wear all issued personal protective equipment as required by the task and customer. Accident Reporting – Report all accidents, incidents, and near‑misses immediately to a supervisor. Failure to report may lead to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
