This role serves as the first point of contact for associate inquiries and plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication, staffing coordination, total rewards support, and accurate HR data management. Serve as the first‑tier resource for associate inquiries regarding HR, benefits, and employee activities, ensuring exceptional customer service and confidentiality. Support recruiting efforts including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, pre‑employment processes, and compliance requirements. Assist with onboarding and maintain accurate personnel records in compliance with regulations. Provide administrative support to HR leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel scheduling, and general team support. Assist production control as needed and handle general administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, preparing reports, and formatting presentations. Manage facility visitors, incoming calls, and mail.
