Cybersecurity Team Lead (ISSM), Secret Clearance Join DeVine Consulting, Inc. to lead a cybersecurity and information assurance team supporting classified and unclassified government networks. The role requires U.S. citizenship and current Secret Clearance, with Top Secret preferred. Responsibilities Lead the Cybersecurity Team, managing coordination and oversight of the Information Assurance staff. Plan, install, maintain, and troubleshoot Tier 2 and Tier 3 cybersecurity systems, including servers and applications. Execute cybersecurity operations during normal and after‑work hours, ensuring continuous protection of secret‑level and other networked environments. Provide guidance on network support, data center operations, and infrastructure security. Qualifications BA/BS (or AA/AS with 7+ years’ experience) with a minimum of 5+ years in cybersecurity roles. Current IAT Level II certification (CySA+, Security+, CND, SSCP). CE/OS certification and 7+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience. Proven experience leading a cybersecurity team. Current Secret Clearance required; Top Secret preferred. About the Position Full‑time, U.S. Citizen only. Location: Monterey, CA.
