Overview Support our healthcare partners & help them thrive at Meduit! The Payment Poster is an essential part of our team. In the role, you will help support the Collectors and Leaders by processing and handling time sensitive documents and effectively maintaining office inventory. Attention to detail is crucial and above average data entry skills is a must. Responsibilities Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner and processing time sensitive documents Carrying out administrative duties such as all attorney correspondence, dispute correspondence, certified mail processing, copying, filing, etc. Multi-tasking while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail is a must Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail for accurate information reporting into the database software system for further use in the recovery process Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Consistent work history and longevity with previous employers Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Teams Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with the Collection Industry, HIPAA, and FDCPA are a plus Experience with FACS or Artiva computer systems Experience with Microsoft Excel Additional Information Compensation: $17.00 per hour Schedule: 8am - 5pm Eastern Time with some flexibility Location: 8085 Knue Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46250 Anticipated start date: 11/17/2025 May work occasional weekend days that align with end of month Background check: A pre-employment background check will be conducted What We Do Meduit is one of the nation’s leading revenue cycle management solutions companies, partnering with hospitals and physician practices in 48 states to provide excellent, compassionate patient engagement.
