We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our team! This role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations by providing comprehensive administrative support, managing documents, and assisting with various office tasks. Key Responsibilities Accurately transfer data from paper documents into computer files or database systems. Create and maintain spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy. Verify and update data by comparing it with source documents. Prepare, write, and distribute emails, correspondence, memos, letters, and forms. Support the implementation and maintenance of office policies and procedures. Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and research new deals and suppliers. Provide general administrative support to visitors and staff. Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external clients. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or in a similar administrative role. Solid understanding of office management systems, procedures, and equipment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
