Shift/Schedule Requirements Ability to work various shifts and days including nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
Perform receptionist duties including greeting visitors, directing them to the proper department, and answering, screening, and dispatching calls to appropriate personnel.
Operate two‑way base radio for communication to maintenance trades and supervision.
Provide clerical support: execute documents in DocuSign, scan, file, type correspondence, create spreadsheets, sort and distribute mail, and coordinate events.
Monitor and maintain all associates’ timekeeping, attendance tracking, and entry of schedules.
Enter purchase order requests in the JD Edwards accounting system and process packing lists and invoices, including distribution of open invoices.
Maintain and track all open invoices sent through the OnBase system.
Process receipts and invoices daily in JD Edwards, Smartsheet, and OnBase.
Provide troubleshooting assistance with invoices not clearing in OnBase.
Create and distribute monthly spreadsheets of open purchase orders to leaders.
Review and correct departmental labor time‑clock entries in Kronos daily; obtain required documentation for time‑edit corrections.
Update and maintain all maintenance division schedules and track associates’ attendance via hard cards, spreadsheets, and Kronos.
Qualifications
High school graduate or GED.
Knowledge of office practices, computer literacy, data entry skills; proficient in keyboarding 50–55 wpm.
Experience with JD Edwards, Kronos, OnBase, Smartsheet, and DocuSign.
Proficient in Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, and Windows‑based operating systems.
Organization, multi‑tasking, and communication skills.
Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test per Company policy.
Ability to pass a background check if 18 years of age or older.
