The Dean of Students' Office is looking for a motivated and dependable Student Assistant to support our programs, events, and initiatives that serve and engage the student body. Position Highlights: Contribute to a variety of student-centered programs and campus initiatives. Work collaboratively with full-time staff and other student employees. Develop professional skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide general office support (e.g., answering phones, greeting visitors, managing supplies). Assist in planning and executing departmental events and workshops. Support the implementation of outreach efforts and student engagement initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned by department staff. Position Requirements: Ability to work 18-25 hours per week, depending on department needs. Available Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend hours. Must be available to work during semester breaks, especially in the summer. Strong communication and organizational skills.
