Call Center Bilingual Collections Representative (English/Spanish) – Hybrid Onsite Recruiting Session Location: 12150 Research Parkway, Orlando, FL (Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite, 1–2 days remote) Job Type: Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Interview Event: Join us in‑person on Thursday, January 15th 2026, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm EST. Candidates who complete the application and pass the online assessment receive priority scheduling; walk‑ins are welcome. Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of calls, chats, emails, and other customer interactions in a fast‑paced environment. Instill confidence and loyalty through attentive listening and thorough knowledge of AT&T products and services. Simplify explanations of customer bills, rate plans, and product features. Process customer payments, negotiate payment arrangements, and collect delinquent balances in accordance with applicable laws, guidelines, and procedures. Support customers with credit and outbound collections, activations, customer service, E‑services, revenue, fraud, business, and technical/roaming support inquiries, and other duties as required. Maintain a set schedule that includes breaks, lunches, and open time to ensure availability for customer service. Premier Service Consultants may cross‑train to address a broad range of call types, including collections, retention, sales coordination, billing adjustments, and advanced technical support. Qualifications: Call center or customer service experience. Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and defuse difficult customer situations while maintaining professionalism. Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday shifts; occasional overtime may be required.
