Control Assemblies Company is seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role you deliver a customer service experience that exceeds expectations. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction and maximizes customer retention. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide service and customer support in response to service requests (phone, email, etc.) from our customers and the customers of our customers. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems and determine proper solutions on timely basis with a sense of urgency. Produce timely and detailed service reports on a regular basis. Build positive relationships with customers, employees, managers and other business partners. Competencies Maintain a high standard for customer service and customer satisfaction. Significant experience working with electrical and electronic troubleshooting. A proven track record in identifying, documenting, and solving problems. Excellent communication skills. Ability to handle difficult situations in a professional manner. Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision. Commitment to safety in operating and driving. Education and/or Experience 3-5 years of previous field service experience required. Ability to work flexible hours and able to adapt to changing work schedules. Willing to travel to customer sites as needed. Physical Demands Prolonged periods of standing or sitting Ability to lift up to 10 pounds at a time Work Environment Field work and traveling to customer sites and use of a vehicle for travel.
