Why You’ll Love Working Here: 401(k) with Company Match Benefits Enrollment in Your First Month Opportunities for Professional Growth What You’ll Do: You’ll perform skilled maintenance work on converting, printing, and extruding equipment, as well as general building and grounds repairs. Your responsibilities will include: Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems Performing preventive and reactionary maintenance Installing new equipment and managing special projects Reading and interpreting schematics, manuals, and safety procedures Collaborating across departments to solve problems and improve operations Maintaining inventory and sourcing parts and materials Using CMMS software to log work orders and maintenance activities What You Bring: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with PLCs, DCS, welding, machining, and electrical systems Familiarity with LOTO procedures and machine control systems Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, bend, and work in warm, humid environments High School diploma or GED preferred Prior experience in machine repair or technical maintenance roles Fast‑paced manufacturing setting Exposure to heat, humidity, noise, and moving equipment Hands‑on, physically active role If you're ready to take your maintenance skills to the next level in a dynamic and supportive environment, apply today and become part of a team that values your expertise and dedication!
