Role Description This is a full-time or part-time, on-site role for a Pharmacist. The Pharmacist is responsible for overseeing the safe and accurate dispensing of prescription medications, providing patient counseling, ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, and supporting daily pharmacy operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and a positive experience for every customer.
Qualifications • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy • Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the Florida Board of Pharmacy • Knowledge and experience in prescription verification, medication management, and pharmacy operations • Ability to supervise and support pharmacy technicians and staff to ensure accurate workflow and regulatory compliance • Strong customer service skills with a customer-centered, patient-focused approach • Excellent attention to detail, clinical judgment, organizational skills, and accuracy • Must comply with all applicable State Board of Pharmacy requirements and laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including licensure and continuing education requirements • Clinical experience and experience in community pharmacy, compounding, or wellness-focused services is preferred but not required
