Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and offboarding.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination, benefits enrollment, and annual salary review processes.
  • Manage performance management processes (annual evaluations, MBO tracking, and feedback cycles).
  • Lead workforce planning and organizational design in alignment with business strategies.
  • Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure full compliance with U.S. federal and state labor laws as well as internal HR policies.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate training and development programs, including onboarding, compliance training, and leadership development.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communication strategies to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience covering multiple HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with multicultural teams.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English (verbal & written).
  • Experience in a multinational corporation or large corporate environment.
