Job DescriptionJob Description We're looking for a Clinical Therapist to join our team and provide essential clinical services to child victims and their loved ones. In this role, you will provide individual, sibling, and family counseling in a culturally sensitive manner. You'll manage a caseload of 22–25 patients, with a focus on direct client services, including clinical assessments, treatment planning, and therapy. You will also facilitate psychoeducational groups, provide parent education, and offer case management and child advocacy services.

Active independent license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) through the state Board of Behavioral Health Examiners or Board of Psychologist Examiners. 3+ years of experience providing mental health counseling to children, adolescents, and families. Ability to pass DOJ, FBI, and Child Abuse Index background checks. What You Bring – Preferred Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in high-stress situations. Excellent organizational skills with timely and accurate documentation. Professional, trauma-informed, and client-centered approach. Commitment to ongoing learning, including 24 hours of continuing education annually.
