Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of engineers while contributing to the codebase and solving engineering challenges

Manage the engineering budget and drive technical excellence through code quality and performance optimization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
10+ years of engineering experience with 4+ years in a leadership role at a startup or established company
Full stack proficiency with deep expertise in both backend and frontend technologies
Experience in enterprise platform ownership and managing high-performance engineering teams
Strong technical background in infrastructure, architecture, and devops
