Registered Dental Assistant – Dripping Springs, TX About the Role Renken Dentistry is looking for a growth‑minded Dental Assistant to join the Dripping Springs office. The role supports doctors and offers appointments in specialized fields such as Invisalign, prosthodontics, botox and sleep dentistry. Responsibilities Assist the dentist and support patients throughout each care encounter, helping patients move toward well‑being. Prepare treatment rooms following procedure guidelines, perform sterilization, and maintain a clean work environment. Advocate for patients, easing fears, anxiety, and discomfort. Follow imaging, notation, and documentation standards to ensure quality patient records. Qualifications BLS certification and a Registered Dental Assistant license, or pursuing licensure under TSBDE regulations. Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented disposition.
