Senior Litigation Attorney Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of commercial / civil litigation experience, knowledge of state court litigation filings and service procedures

1st or 2nd chair trial experience

Knowledge of civil procedures and legal terminology

Knowledge of WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Legal Solutions, Essential forms would be helpful

Knowledge of bankruptcy law would be a bonus

Senior Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough legal research and skillfully draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

Take ownership of cases from inception to resolution, including managing depositions, hearings and mediations

Collaborate seamlessly with partners and clients to develop and execute effective case strategies

Provide timely and strategic legal advice to clients

Contribute to fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
