Accounting Manager pay up to $140,000/yr + 15% bonus
What to know:
Payof up to $140k/year
15%bonus target
Hybridscheduled – 3 days in office and 2 days remote
Mondaysand Wednesdays mandatory in-office
Functions:
Overseeproperty-level accounting and work with 3rd party property teams
Reviewand ensure the accuracy of financial reports, budgets, rent rolls, andcash management
Approveoperating and tax escalations, annual estimates, and reconciliations
Handleloan compliance, including mortgage payments and lender reporting
Prepareunaudited and audited financial statements, including footnotes (fairvalue and tax basis)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’sdegree in accounting or business
5+years of property accounting experience (commercial real estate preferred)
Experiencewith Funds and/or Joint Ventures, including fair value GAAP and taxaccounting
Proficiencywith tenant recoveries (CAM), waterfall calculations, and auditpreparation
Proficiencyin financial software systems; MRI experience is a plus
