A well-established privatepractice specializing in orthopedics, neurosurgery, and spine care in Omaha,Nebraska, is seeking a fellowship-trained Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon tojoin our growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity to build a thrivingsubspecialty practice with the support of an integrated, multidisciplinarygroup in one of the Midwest’s most dynamic and livable cities.
Position Highlights
Practice Location : Based inOmaha, Nebraska, with modern clinic and surgical facilities. Long-termopportunities for investment in the clinic, surgical hospital, and affiliatedreal estate.
Compensation : First-yearguaranteed salary based on MGMA benchmarks, followed by a directbilling / physician fee model offering exceptional earning potential.
Referral Volume : Benefitfrom a robust internal referral network and shared new patient visits to helpramp up quickly and build a busy, focused practice.
Collaborative Environment : Join a collegial team of orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, and spinespecialists dedicated to providing comprehensive, high-quality musculoskeletalcare.
Work-Life Balance : Flexiblescheduling and support from experienced clinical staff contribute to asustainable and rewarding practice model.
Requirements
MD or DO from an accreditedmedical school
Board certified or boardeligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Completion of a fellowshipin Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgery
Eligible for an unrestrictedNebraska medical license
Strong clinical skills, ateam-oriented mindset, and commitment to excellence in patient care
New fellowship graduates andexperienced surgeons are encouraged to apply
