Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and display advertising. Content Creation:
Develop and curate engaging and relevant content for our digital channels, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and website content. SEO and SEM:
Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to improve organic and paid search visibility. Email Marketing:
Create, schedule, and analyze email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, and support resident retention. Social Media Management:
Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, create content calendars, and engage with our online communities. Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Website Management:
Collaborate with the web developer to maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current and aligned with marketing goals. Collaboration:
Work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing and cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing and business objectives. Stay Current:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to recommend innovative strategies. Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience) 2+ years of experience in digital marketing. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing platforms, and content management systems (CMS). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges. Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Benefits
