Provide legal advice to the entire TKE Türkiye organization, including (but not limited to) the sales, service and procurement departments, in various areas of law such as Commercial Law, Contract Law, Employment Law, International Law, Enforcement & Bankruptcy Law and Corporate Law. Deliver legal support in public tenders, including preparation, review and submission of contractual appeals within the public procurement framework. Draft, review, amend and negotiate complex commercial and sector‑related agreements, including service, work, product sales, subcontractor and turnkey contracts. Conduct legal research on matters referred by business departments, provide legal opinions, and share findings to mitigate potential legal or commercial risks. Provide legal guidance in corporate governance matters and reduce business exposure by supporting risk assessments related to commercial and legal decisions. Prepare, review and develop internal corporate legal documentation (“legal housekeeping”). Manage litigation processes and support debt collection matters when necessary. Coordinate with external law firms, including selection, supervision and performance monitoring. Prepare periodic legal reports on litigation risks, legal expenditures and relevant corporate changes. Plan and deliver legal trainings to non‑lawyer employees across the organization. Support and advise the General Assembly and the Board of Directors on legal matters. Academic background

University degree in law (compulsory) Master’s degree and/or related postgraduate studies (desirable) Professional experience

Minimum 3 years experience in a law firm or as a corporate lawyer Proven (basic) knowledge in as many of the above‑mentioned areas of responsibility as possible English Level Upper‑Intermediate (minimum)
