We’re hiring a Seasonal Teller to join our team beginning May 2026 . The role will rotate among the North Group’s Financial Centers: Bethlehem, East Greenville, Franconia, Hamilton Crossings, Hilltown, Lahaska, Milford Square, and Souderton. Responsibilities Position includes: completing teller transactions promptly and accurately, adhering to all procedures and security measures, operating computerized teller terminal, delivering friendly and professional customer service, participating in training and development programs, engaging customers in sales conversations, and learning Univest products and services. Branch Hours (Some locations may vary) Monday–Wednesday: 8 am – 4 pm Thursday: 8 am – 5 pm Friday: 8 am – 6 pm Saturday: 9 am – 1 pm (2–3 days per month required) Position Includes Perform all teller transactions promptly, efficiently, and accurately. Adhere to all procedures, including operational guidelines and teller customer service standards. Operate computerized teller terminal. Participate in various training and development programs. Provide friendly, courteous, professional customer experience service. Assist in bank promotions by regularly engaging customers in sales conversations. Develop knowledge and understanding of Univest Products and Services. Learn to identify customer needs and cross‑sell opportunities. Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations, including the Univest Code of Conduct. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills. Previous experience with MS Office Suite. 2+ years of cash handling and customer service experience. Neat, professional appearance following established guidelines for appropriate dress.
