Clinical Recruiter – Jefferson Healthcare Jefferson Healthcare is seeking an experienced, detail‑oriented, and highly organized Clinical Recruiter to partner with department leaders across the organization to attract, recruit, and hire high‑quality clinical professionals. In this highly collaborative role, you will manage the full‑cycle recruitment of licensed clinical positions, both union and non‑union, working closely with nurse managers, clinical directors, service line leaders, and HR partners to ensure staffing levels support patient care, quality, and safety priorities. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic clinical recruitment initiatives. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines. Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding. Ensure all recruitment activities align with Jefferson Healthcare policies, applicable CBAs, and employment laws (including Washington State requirements). Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Experience supporting high‑volume clinical hiring. 2+ years of recruitment experience within a health system. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment compliance. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills. Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems. Preferred Qualifications Clinical experience. Five or more years of general office experience. Three or more years working in Human Resources. Healthcare experience. Experience working with Collective Bargaining Agreements. Professional‑level Human Resources certification and/or license. Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
