Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring technical professionals across various IT disciplines. This individual will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, and deliver top-tier talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand role requirements, priorities, and team dynamics.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen and assess candidates for technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
Coordinate interview logistics, feedback, and offer negotiations.
Maintain accurate and timely data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future openings.
Collaborate with global recruiting partners and stakeholders to support cross-regional hiring initiatives and ensure alignment with global TA standards.
Stay informed on industry trends, market data, and emerging technology roles to advise business leaders effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
3–5 years of IT recruiting experience , ideally in a corporate or agency setting.
Proven success in sourcing and filling positions such as Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers, Data Analysts, and Cybersecurity professionals.
Strong knowledge of ATS systems , LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Experience with global recruiting and understanding of regional hiring nuances (a plus).Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
