HR Sourcer Opportunity We are looking for an experienced HR Sourcer to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top talent for various roles within our organization. This opportunity offers a dynamic work environment where you can contribute to recruitment strategies and help build a strong pipeline of candidates. Responsibilities Identify and source candidates across diverse roles using job boards, social media platforms, databases, and creative networking strategies. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future staffing needs. Review resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and application materials to assess candidates' suitability for open positions. Manage and update candidate information within the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate documentation of sourcing activities. Monitor sourcing metrics such as engagement, response rates, and candidate conversion to achieve recruitment goals. Stay informed about industry trends and sourcing tools to continuously improve recruitment processes. Promote diversity and inclusion by actively sourcing candidates from varied backgrounds. Support employer branding efforts by showcasing the company's values, culture, and opportunities to attract talented candidates. Collaborate with hiring teams to understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies with organizational needs. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related HR role. Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates. Proven ability to source and connect with passive candidates through innovative outreach methods. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple roles simultaneously. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. A passion for staying updated on new sourcing trends, technologies, and methodologies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
