Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one in-home care for a patient in Port Richey, Florida. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The primary focus of care includes G-tube management. Candidates must be comfortable working in a home with dogs.

Responsibilities:
Deliver direct one-on-one nursing care in a home environment
Perform G-tube care, feedings, and ongoing monitoring
Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes in the patient's condition
Administer medications as prescribed
Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough patient documentation
Follow established care plans and collaborate with the supervising RN or healthcare provider
Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for the patient
Communicate effectively with the patient, family members, and care xmcpwfu team
Qualifications: Active Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication, observational, and clinical skills
Ability to work independently while providing compassionate, professional care
