Full-Time Real Estate Recruiter

We are seeking a professional full-time Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be leading our Advisor (real estate broker) recruiting process for our high-end residential real estate brokerage in the greater Chicago area and the western coast of Michigan. This is a sales position. Key responsibilities include: Identifying high-potential candidates Conducting proactive outreach through phone calls, emails or social media messaging Attending candidate open houses and industry events Inviting prospective candidates to our bespoke events such as our MasterMind series Setting up and attending meetings with prospective advisors and our team/leadership Helping craft offers to the potential advisors and following up to close Maintaining a pipeline in our CRM by documenting all marketing and sales activities for each prospect Having a solid understanding our unique value proposition Fluent using our tools to articulate our value to prospects Interviewing our new Advisors as to why they joined us and what they feel is special about Engel & Völkers at 6-months and 12-months Our desired candidate is excellent at cultivating relationships through a variety of communication channels, whether in-person, on social media, or over the telephone. Superior skills in the management and maintenance of a CRM pipeline, along with outstanding written communication capabilities are required. Target total compensation at goal is $116,000, with a base from $40,000 - $55,000 / annually. We offer qualified employees health care insurance and a 401k.
