Job Overview As an Amazon Listing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our product listings on Amazon. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon's marketplace, strong creative skills, and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions. You will work closely with our product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure our listings are competitive, compliant, and optimized for maximum visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize product listings across multiple categories on Amazon
Create compelling product titles, bullet points, and descriptions that adhere to Amazon's guidelines and best practices
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility and search rankings
Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all product listings
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-quality product photography and infographics
Monitor competitor listings and pricing to maintain competitiveness
Analyze listing performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates
Stay up-to-date with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and best practices
Manage product categorization and ensure proper use of browse nodes
Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure accurate stock levels and pricing
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to product listings
Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize listing elements
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional strategies and content creation
Prepare regular reports on listing performance and provide insights for improvement
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Amazon product listings
Proficient in Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms
Strong understanding of Amazon's A9 algorithm and search ranking factors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling product narratives
Analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
Familiarity with Amazon advertising platforms (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands)
Knowledge of basic HTML and image editing software
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications Experience with Amazon Brand Registry and Enhanced Brand Content
Familiarity with Amazon's API and third-party Amazon management tools
Knowledge of international Amazon marketplaces
Experience with inventory management and forecasting
Certification in Amazon's
