We partner with North American Dental Group to provide the necessary support to fulfill our purpose of ensuring excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
Provide chair‑side clinical support and assistance to doctors and hygienists, including charting, operatory set‑up/cleanup, and patient education.
Record and review patient health history, make chart entries under the doctor’s direction, and ensure completion of forms and signatures in dental software.
Review the daily schedule to set up appropriate trays and instruments.
Prepare patients, sterilize and disinfect instruments, set up instrument trays, maintain chain of asepsis, and assist dentists during procedures following OSHA guidelines.
Expose and develop dental diagnostic radiographs.
Follow OSHA regulations, HIPAA guidelines, CPR, X‑ray, and other required certifications and registrations.
Qualifications
Dental Assisting Certification or relevant on‑the‑job training.
1–5 years of experience preferred; new graduates considered.
Radiography/X‑ray certification for the respective state.
CPR certification required.
Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
