Responsibilities Provide chairside support during pediatric exams and procedures Confidently assist with restorative care, sealants, X-rays, and patient flow Create a calm, positive, and engaging experience for children and families Take digital radiographs, photos, and impressions as needed Prepare and efficiently turn over treatment rooms in a busy clinical setting Educate parents on treatment plans, oral hygiene, and post-visit care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow infection control protocols Qualifications Prior pediatric dental assisting experience required Active dental assisting license/certification per Maryland requirements Strong clinical skills and comfort working independently Excellent communication skills with both children and parents Reliable, organized, and team-oriented #J-18808-Ljbffr
